The History of The Aimless & Andy Show

The Aimless and Andy Show premiered on 101.5 UMFM in August of 2007 from the idea of Andru's Better than Bob Show which originally broadcasted in 2006.

After 2 years, and 112 episodes on UMFM as The Aimless & Andy Show After Hours, we made the jump to the internet and made a podcast entitled The Aimless & Andy VIP Podcast which is released on aimlessandandy.com and in the iTunes Music Store on occasion. 

In 2009, Andru and Paul launched the weekly radio program Wake Up Winnipeg which airs twice weekly on 101.5 UMFM in Winnipeg and online at umfm.com. After keeping his title of King Of Co-Hosts for one year, Paul went on to produce his own weekly radio program on UMFM. 

Paul currently hosts a music program entitled Drifter In The Dark which airs Saturday mornings from 12:00am - 2:00am CST. He is also continuing his production work with The Aimless & Andy Sessions.

In 2011, Wake Up Winnipeg Season 3 started and host Andru Valpy was joined by his new co-host Natty Somers and the duo continue to produce Wake Up Winnipeg weekly on UMFM 101.5. Wake Up Winnipeg will be celebrating the 2 year anniversary of their talk show in the fall of 2011. 

After state of the art studio renovations were completed at UMFM Studios in August of 2011, we reconnected with our musical origins and once again started to record for The Aimless & Andy Sessions.

As we enter into our fourth year as a production company we will continue to grow in our associated talents while still providing support to fellow working artists and the international music community.

We remain thankful to our fans for their support in our projects, and will also continue to provide material that they can all enjoy.
